About JoAnn

   I am a Certified Heal Your Life Coach, with an emphasis on the Law of Attraction, and how it relates to achieving all of our goals. I maintain a private practice in North County, San Diego, Ca. and my training is based on the philosophy of Louise Hay. I am also a Licensed Heal Your Life Workshop Leader and have been inspired by the teachings of Abraham, through Ester and Jerry Hicks, as well as the works of Patricia J. Crane, Ph.D. and Rick Nichols of Heart Inspired Presentations, LLC. One of my passions is to  blend the  Mind-Body-Spirit philosophy and traditional medicine to achieve a more balanced spiritual and physical healing.


   My years of experience in the Health and Wellness industry have given me a unique perspective in "blended medicine." I have been blessed to work in an environment that allows me to share my insights with patients on how a positive attitude can soothe the stress and discomfort of many chronic dis-eases. I guide patients through different processes that help balance their Mind-Body-Spirit connection and achieve their goals. I have worked in hospital, pediatric and internal medicine settings and currently I am the rheumatology infusion nurse for Arthritis Consultants of North County, APC, Vista, Ca.

  As a Heal Your Life Coach, I promote the development of inner skills including meditation, positive affirmations, and visualization. I provide many processes that can reduce fears and soften your resistance so you allow the natural well-being to flow to you. I also integrate coaching techniques and helpful assignments to offer a highly-personalized program tailored for you. With compassion and understanding, I work with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to achieving.

  I am happily married with 2 wonderful sons and daughter-in-laws, who blessed us with 6 beautiful grandchildren. My greatest desire is that my children and grandchildren learn and apply these tools early in life so they may experience a lifetime of happiness in all facets of their lives.
